We ship across India with care. Here's what to expect from the moment you message us to the moment your parcel arrives.
01You confirm on WhatsApp
Every order is placed directly with us over WhatsApp. We confirm availability, your address, and the items before anything ships.
02We pack with care
Products are sealed in leak-proof, food-grade packaging and cushioned in a recyclable box so bottles and soaps arrive intact.
03Dispatched in 24–48 hours
Orders are handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days of confirmation. You'll get a tracking ID over WhatsApp.
04Delivered to your door
Pan-India delivery — typically 3–5 working days to metros and 5–9 days to remote pin codes. Tracking via the courier's link.
Delivery timelines
- · Metros & tier-1 cities: 3–5 working days
- · Tier-2 & tier-3 towns: 5–7 working days
- · Remote / north-east pin codes: 7–10 working days
- · Dispatch may be delayed during public holidays or heavy monsoon.
- · Extra courier charges may apply for certain pin codes or bulk orders.
